As the Fresh & Retail Standards Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Fresh & Retail Standards Coaches to drive operational excellence, compliance, and consistency across Fresh & Retail categories. You will support store teams and Regional Operations Managers in optimising performance, enhancing the customer experience, and increasing sales. Working closely with franchise partners (Greggs & Subway), suppliers, and internal teams, you will ensure brand integrity and operational efficiency. With a passion for retail, you will collaborate with store teams to embed core retail principles-Brilliant Basics, Moments of Wow, Food for Later, and Food for Now-delivering an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining full compliance with food safety, trading standards, and health & safety regulations. Key accountabilities; Reporting to theHead Of Fresh & Retail Standards Leadership & Team Development Operational Excellence & Compliance Sales Growth & Business Performance Risk & Compliance Management Stakeholder & Franchise Management Customer Experience & Brand Standards Generic Responsibilities: Act as a role model for the company values, creating an inclusive culture of working together to improve performance. Salary of up to £45,000 p/a plus bonus opportunity. Use of Company Car, Mobile Phone & tablet/laptop. 26 days holiday per year (Increasing after 3 years) + 8 bank holidays in lieu as per working rota.
