You will be joining our Soft FM team based in Nottingham and surrounding areas. Our Soft FM team is responsible for a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained.Supporting the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating cleaning staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. You will plan, organise and manage a high-quality cleaning service whilst providing effective management to the team providing guidance and direction.A full driving licence is essential. Travel will be required between Lincoln, Boston, Skegness, Spalding, Norfolk, Nottingham, Birmingham and Walsall. The hours of work are 7am to 3pm. To audit the standards of cleaning in all areas reporting Health and Safety concerns ensuring shortfalls are rectified. To operate and train staff on the use of cleaning machinery. To ensure all staff understand the correct use of cleaning materials and are instructed in the safe use of all substances and manage to COSHH regulation. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Take pride in the appearance of residential blocks and community centres and provide upkeep of the interior communal areas such as stairs, lifts, landings, as per the contract specification. Ensure that internal communal areas and facilities are clean, hygienic, and free from litter, bulky refuse and health and safety risks. Ensure that bin chutes, refuse bins and storage areas are usable, clean, tidy and hazard free.Key RequirementsFull driving licence Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.
