Your Role: Travel Consultant As a Travel Consultant at Revells Travel, you’ll be the person who turns clients’ holiday dreams into reality. You’ll work directly with customers in-store, over the phone, by email—and sometimes even at local events—getting to know them and creating personalised trips they’ll never forget. You'll need your own transport, as you'll be working across both our Headcorn and Cranbrook branches. What You’ll Be Doing Build lasting client relationships:Develop your own client base through exceptional service that keeps people coming back—and referring their friends. Craft tailor-made holidays:Listen closely, offer expert advice, and build personalised itineraries that suit each client’s needs, budget, and travel style. Manage the booking process:Handle everything from flights and hotels to transfers and tours, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Stay ahead of travel trends:Keep up to date with the latest destinations, deals, and products so you can always offer something exciting. Drive your own success:Use networking, events, referrals, and outreach to grow your client list—your earning potential is in your hands. Handle issues with care:Whether it’s a change or a cancellation, you’ll manage it smoothly and keep clients happy no matter what comes up.
