You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, monitoring their condition, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care. Assess patient conditions and provide necessary interventions. Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals and families to ensure patient well-being. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.RequirementsValid Nursing registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) for the UK or the NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland). 6 Months recent paid experience completed at ward level within an NHS/HSC hospital setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
