The EU Startup Supply Chain team is looking for a motivated Program Manager to oversee external warehouses and asset transfer processes across multiple warehouses in EMEA, supporting new site launches and network expansion. The role involves managing $15MM of assets annually, performance managing local Inventory Managers, and driving strategic initiatives to improve inventory management, requiring deep data analysis to identify opportunities and risks. This individual contributor role involves stakeholder influence and requires strong project management skills. Based in Barcelona, the role involves up to 30% travel across EMEA countries. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive supply chain initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs across BOM, ordering, inventory, and receivals Conduct business analysis to identify process improvement opportunities Act as escalation point for field PMs, vendors, and contractors Manage operational excellence using data-driven metrics with expertise in Coupa / Material management systems Automate reporting dashboards and metrics Develop scalable solutions for ordering, warehousing, and inventory issues Define project requirements and coordinate internal and external teams Manage risks proactively and influence stakeholders for mitigation Own supply chain KPIs to ensure timely and complete material delivery A Day in the LifeThe Program Manager interacts daily with procurement, project managers, suppliers, and vendors to monitor material needs, supply chain operations, and escalate risks. Data analysis skills are essential for effective decision-making across multiple EU and MENA sites. About the TeamThe team manages material readiness for new fulfillment centers in Europe, overseeing the deployment of approximately 4,000 items from over 500 suppliers in 12 countries, from BOM definition to project completion. Basic QualificationsBachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering Warehouse management experience Proven project management skills Experience with material flow, Coupa, and vendor management Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience managing multiple warehouse sites Strong prioritization, planning, and delegation skills Leadership by influence Knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Fluent in English, both written and spoken Preferred QualificationsExperience in complex supply chain environments in large corporations Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Experience in warehousing, inventory management, finance, or project management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Languages: Spanish, French, German, Polish, Portuguese, Arabic, Turkish, Afrikaans, Zulu (preferred) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
