As part of a larger project involving the building of a new chocolate factory and the transportation of the existing factory, Willie’s Cacao is seeking a part-time film/creative graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in shooting and editing content for a commercial F&B company. The role primarily focuses on content creation for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, with potential for long-form content on YouTube in the future. The position requires a minimum of1 day a week , split between onsite filming inDevon / Herefordshireand remote editing. Flexibility in scheduling is appreciated. ResponsibilitiesVisit the existing site in Devon and the new site near Herefordshire weekly or bi-weekly to film content (both videos and stills) for social media channels. Create high-quality, brief-led content (photos, videos, reels, stories) showcasing products, cooking, eating, storytelling around the factory move, and collaborations. Edit and utilize existing image and film libraries. Film and edit behind-the-scenes content, recipe tutorials, trend highlights, and possibly series-style reels. Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure timely content delivery aligned with the social media calendar. OpportunityThis role aims to provide a student or graduate with industry experience, with the potential for a permanent part-time position. Learning opportunities include: Collaborating with the Social Media Manager on content scheduling and availability. Gaining insight into the company's strategic planning, scheduling, and social media posting processes. Understanding how communications, marketing, and sales departments work together and how creative assets are utilized. Working directly with the founder on briefs. Developing skills in social media strategy, brand management, copyrighting, product innovation, and F&B collaborations. QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have: An interest in social media management, content creation, and/or film production. Studied or currently studying Film at university (alternative creative courses considered with portfolio evidence of filming/editing skills). Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team. Willingness and ability to travel to Devon and more frequently to Herefordshire. Previous interest or experience with high-quality food is beneficial but not required.
