The Key Account Operator will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring timely and efficient logistics services, coordinating with international partners, and handling day-to-day communication with clients. The role includes monitoring shipment status, preparing and processing shipping documentation, and resolving any issues that arise during transport. The Key Account Operator will work closely with other team members to ensure that client needs are met and exceed expectations.
