You will ensure a strong mix of national brands, local products, and private labels to differentiate Whole Foods Market from competitors. Responsibilities include:Supporting category, merchandising, promotional, and pricing strategies for produce & floral departments.Assisting in assortment planning, supplier reviews, and forecasting.Translating assortment plans into merchandising strategies and executing projects.Managing logistics for key events and maintaining supplier communications.Supporting data analysis, reporting, and category insights presentations.Participating in new product development and category reset processes.Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to develop a customer-centric category vision.Skills and QualificationsDetail-oriented with strong planning skills.Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.Familiarity with retail software and category management concepts.Strong communication skills and ability to analyze financial reports.Passion for organics, fair trade, and natural foods industry.BA/BS degree with 2-4 years relevant experience or equivalent.Compensation and Benefits The annual salary range is £41,600 to £70,720, dependent on experience.
