You will carry out audits of Asda Express sites and food to go sites (Burger King, Greggs, Subway and Sbarro) to confirm adherence to company legal and operational standards. Whilst the majority of the role involves working within the Asda Express estate, it will also involve delivering audits across the wider ASDA estate on a business needs basis.You will be required to provide coaching to colleagues at all levels as required to ensure understanding of company systems and procedures.This is a field-based role, covering pre-dominantly Scotland and the North of England but other visits further afield may well be needed as required. Therefore, the role will involve frequent travel & overnight stays.What would my main responsibilities be?Delivering on site audits at our Express and food to go locations. These audits will cover the main areas of Operational Compliance such as food safety, health and safety, loss prevention and operational standards. Coaching site managers and colleagues to ensure understanding of key processes is in place and improved where necessary Liaising with Regional Operating Managers to build relationships and ensure appropriate follow up Work with the wider ASDA Legal & Compliance team to ensure wider business risks are monitored appropriately to provide the business with assurance auditing in areas of known risk Working with your line manager and team mates to ensure consistent ways of working are in place across the team Regularly undertake reviews of the respective audit contents to look for and suggest ways to strengthen and improve the audit process Lets find out about you:Experience of coaching others to a required standard A risk based approach to Operational Compliance.
