Membership Sales Associate F45 Ambleside Beach District Our F45 family is looking to grow our sales team. If you are a positive, outgoing, confident team player, this might be the perfect role for you. We are seeking a superstar sales professional with an unstoppable drive to grow multiple studios. The ideal candidate feels comfortable making calls, is a fitness enthusiast, has strong customer service skills, and is a self-driven salesperson. Benefits of working with our F45 Team: Free Membership at F45 Competitive hourly wage Bonus Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales targets for membership sales/renewals, maximize workout traffic, and maintain high customer service levels Build strong relationships with members, corporate, and local businesses Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with trial members Collaborate with studio managers Develop strategies to increase daily lead flow Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Promote client referral programs Attend all sales and training meetings Qualifications: Motivated and passionate about health and fitness Positive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with anyone Comfortable learning new software such as MindBody and Loyalsnap Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour We embody and live our brand.
