Providing high standards of care to patients requiring support in rehabilitation from nursing and therapy staff.We are looking for a dependable and dedicated individual with a passion for patient care in a positive and busy environment. The post holder will need to demonstrate good communication skills & be a team player.Hours include nights, weekends, and bank holidays.Main duties of the job We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Band 2 Health Care Support Workers to work alongside an established team. You will ensure that patients/clients receive safe, individualised, and effective care by following care plans and treatment interventions as directed by the registered nurse.You will communicate effectively with team members, contributing to and maintaining the ward philosophy.Knowledge of Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are welcome to apply.Interviews will be held on 01/07/2025.Working for our organisation Hywel Dda University Health Board provides NHS healthcare services across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and bordering counties.
