Job Description This role as Associate / Director in our Boroughbridge office, you will lead and manage a team to deliver outstanding service and supporting the delivery of regional business plans and strategic objectives. You will deliver professional services with our clients, providing comprehensive professional advice on rural property matters including valuations, landlord and tenant issues, acquisitions, diversification projects, renewable energy, and ecosystem services.You will build and sustain strong client relationships, and drive the delivery of the regional business plan, budgets and targets, leveraging the diverse skills and expertise of colleagues across departments. As a leader in our business, you will mentor and support junior team members, and take advantage of senior leadership development opportunities for your own personal and career development, while leading the strategic growth of the business. The Successful Applicant Holds a RICS-accredited degree with a minimum of 5 years PQE in a similar professional rural surveying role. Experienced in a broad range of rural property matters including valuations, landlord and tenant advice, compulsory purchase, infrastructure projects, energy, and planning. Possesses excellent organisational, planning, and IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to network and build lasting relationships. Able to work independently and lead teams, managing multiple priorities with flexibility and proactivity.
