This role spans across multiple community health locations, as well as offering home-based care acrossSouthampton and West Hampshire , delivering essential hearing, balance, and wax removal services. The Role: You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team delivering both standard and complex audiological assessments. From state-of-the-art health centres to in-home appointments, this varied position offers an excellent work-life balance and the chance to truly connect with patients on a personal level. Key Responsibilities: Perform hearing assessments in line with clinical best practice Deliver high-quality patient care, both in clinic and during home visits Keep accurate and timely clinical records Ensure audiological equipment is well-maintained and calibrated Contribute to continuous service improvements and patient satisfaction Stay up to date with CPD and training opportunities offered regularly About You: Degree-qualified in Audiological Science or equivalent Certification in BAA/BSA Part 1 & Part 2 Registered or eligible for membership with RCCP, HCPC, or equivalent Personable, caring, and committed to high-quality service Strong IT and data entry skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for home visits) Knowledge of clinical safety, infection control, and data protection standards If you’re an audiologist looking for a role with autonomy, professional growth, and a genuine community impact — we want to hear from you.
