This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction, oversight, and governance of an internationally renowned children’s hospital.Non-Executive Director – People and Culture BackgroundWe seek a Non-Executive Director with significant experience in workforce transformation, organizational development, or people strategy. You will provide insights into creating inclusive, healthy workplace cultures aligned with strategic objectives and help shape and scrutinize our people-focused frameworks. Experience may be from the public or private sectors. You will serve on the People and Education Assurance Committee and one of the following:Quality, Safety and Experience Assurance CommitteeAudit CommitteeFinance and Performance CommitteeWhat We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will be a strategic, inclusive, and values-driven leader with experience working at or near Board level.
