Why You? As a Cocktail Waiter or Waitress at Broadwick Soho, you will oversee a section of Flute, ensuring smooth and efficient service. You will take orders and make recommendations to our guests, creating memorable experiences. We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. We offer minimum hours contracts varying between 4 and 5 shifts per week. We require flexibility to work on a rota basis covering day shifts starting at midday and evening shifts. Closing working hours are past midnight. The hourly rate is 16.20 plus service charge and share of credit card gratuities. What do we need from you? Experience in a similar role in a luxury bar or restaurant. Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport with people easily. A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail. A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure. Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
