You''ll be responsible for: Building your team - hiring and training Leisure Attendants, Therapists, and Membership Sales staff Driving growth - managing memberships, spa treatments, wellness offerings, and more Leading by example - delivering top-tier service and coaching your team to do the same Supporting the wider hotel team, including acting as Duty Manager during key shifts ________________________________________ What We''re Looking For: Previous Health Club or Spa Management experience, ideally in a hotel or resort environment A solid grasp of pool plant operations and compliance - Pool Plant certification is a must Hands-on leadership style with a passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing Experience in sales and marketing to drive membership growth and engagement Strong organisational and people management skills A customer-first approach and confidence communicating across all channels Commercial acumen - confident with budgets, stock, rotas, and cost controls Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days including some weekends and evenings The Essentials: You must have the right to live and work in the UK - no sponsorship available at this time.
