You will lead our double kitchen, supporting THE BUTCHER and Toni Loco, to serve food to customers throughout their CUBE journey. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Orchestrating and leading top quality food service to compliment the customer experience Prepare and cook dishes, including THE BUTCHER burgers to TONI LOCO pizzas Ensure food is always delivered on time and to a high standard Leading the kitchen team on shift, ensuring staff follow direction Helping to organise shifts and rotas Escalating any issues to the correct superior staff Monitor and rotate stock to reduce wastage Maintain a clean and presentable service area at all times Assist in setting up and helping to close the kitchen Support the Head Chef with admin duties Deputise in the absence of the Head Chef asSous Chef Other Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all training is completed in a timely manner for yourself and the team Proactively contribute to and suggest ways of improving company processes and procedures Design and implement new process and procedures as directed by senior team Onboarding and training of newer members of the team. The position may involve other duties appropriate to the role Skills Technical 5 years of Kitchen / Cooking experience -Sous Chef Experience leading large teams including back office responsibilities High volume kitchen operation experience Experience opening and closing kitchens Personal Flexibility to work regular evenings and weekends Positive, Can do attitude, picking up any additional responsibilities Strong leadership qualities A keen eye for detail asSous Chef Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changes Proactively making suggestions for improvements Excellent verbal and written English is required for this role AMRT1_UKCT
