Serving fresh, classic pub dishes, this privately owned establishment is run by hands-on owners who need a reliable, customer-focused assistant to help oversee operations and ensure guests have a fantastic experience every time they visit. Perks of the Job: Enjoy 2.5 days off per week , sometimes even 3 Split shifts during the week with a staff room and activities available Straight shifts on weekends A reasonable 40-hour workweek Your Role as Assistant Manager: Lead shifts and keep service running seamlessly Step in for the owners when they''re away Train and develop the team Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere Provide outstanding customer service What We''re Looking For: Experience in restaurant supervision or management within a quality, food-led hospitality environment Strong understanding of food service and guest satisfaction Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences Excellent interpersonal and communication skills What''s in It for You?
