As we head into another busy season, we’re currently looking for a friendly and dependable Tearoom Assistant to help us deliver a warm, attentive and memorable customer experience in this uniquely beautiful setting. What You’ll Do As a Tearoom Assistant, you will: Welcome and serve customers in a warm and professional manner Prepare and serve teas, coffees, cakes, and light refreshments Maintain a clean, organised and inviting front-of-house environment Handle payments and operate the till Assist with stock replenishment and light cleaning duties Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a café, tearoom, or similar customer-facing role is essential A positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with people Excellent communication and customer service skills Good attention to detail and personal presentation Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Why Join Us?
