Job IntroductionGovernance ManagerWe are pleased to offer this exciting opportunity as a permanent position within the Performance, Governance and Systems Service of Children's Services.The Governance Manager will lead and manage all aspects of governance within our Children's Service, with a specific focus on Children's Social Care. The role ensures that services are supported and administered appropriately, and that statutory and good practice guidance related to governance and improvement is followed. The successful candidate will foster an environment and culture conducive to effective service delivery, actively promote partnership working, and enhance engagement with both corporate and external partners.We seek a highly motivated individual committed to working collaboratively to improve services for children. The candidate should embody our values, have a passion for quality, and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
