Loyalty Campaign Analyst Role Overview:As a Loyalty Campaign Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving the success of campaigns run through JD’s loyalty programme (JD STATUS). Your role involves increasing customer loyalty and value to the business by providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign impact. You will undertake customer analytics to identify target audiences and inform campaign strategies. Collaboration with the wider loyalty team and strong communication skills are essential. Experience with analytical tools and campaign segmentation using SQL within a loyalty context is preferred. Responsibilities:Measure the impact of loyalty campaigns and provide insights to improve performance and maximize results. Run campaign segmentation to produce targeted audiences for CRM communications. Perform customer analytics to inform loyalty strategies and forecast future performance. Create and maintain a repository of campaign insights and share learnings with stakeholders. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and present findings at all levels. Automate and optimize existing campaign processes and support the integration of new martech solutions. Assist the wider loyalty team with analytical support. Role Objectives and KPIs:The main goal is to maximize the performance of loyalty campaigns sent to JD STATUS members. You will support campaign execution through segmentation and campaign output creation, acting as the primary contact for campaign performance insights. Recommendations will be made to enhance future campaigns, working collaboratively to identify optimization opportunities. Skills and Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a fast-paced analytics or data team environment. Experience in campaign segmentation within a loyalty program is preferred. Background in retail or customer-facing business areas is advantageous. Proficiency in SQL is essential; experience with R or Python is a plus. Proven ability to lead data analysis projects from start to finish. Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and managing expectations. Strong process improvement mindset and attention to detail.
