Not just a clipboard carrier or a glorified assistant. Someone experienced who has led significant projects. We want a hands-on, all-rounder, sleeves-rolled-up Number 1 on site who gets the job done, keeps the team sane, and knows their way around airport security passes. This role involves interiors and refurbishment work at Stansted Airport, including lounges, offices, and other facilities. Framework projects range from £100k to £5mil. The work is busy, interesting, and requires juggling trades, logistics, and client updates efficiently. Who you are:A construction-savvy site leader who knows when to lead, listen, and manage resources effectively. Experienced in running your own projects, not just assisting. Experience in fit-out and internal sectors like retail, commercial, health, or hospitality. Comfortable working in live environments such as airports, hospitals, or schools.
