A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Clinical Unit Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Cockermouth, Cumbria area.You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers This is a purpose built care home providing a friendly and companionable place to live for older people requiring general or specialist dementia nursing care ** To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin** As the Clinical Unit Manager your key responsibilities include: To co-ordinate and lead on the quality and management of nursing care, patient care and the clinical environment within a nursing unit. Manage and direct the delivery of clinical services within a unit, ensuring it complies with statutory regulations, current legislation and meets quality standards.
