In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing support to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs during waking nights. Responsibilities: Provide support to young people during waking nights, offering assistance with any issues or concerns that may arise. Complete tasks around the home during quieter periods, such as paperwork, cleaning, and laundry. Build rapport and trust with young people, providing emotional support and guidance when needed.
