About the role The Treasury Technology team, part of a wider Finance systems engineering team, will be based across India and the UK. You will join the UK team to focus on enhancing the treasury system and developing a roadmap alongside the strategic solution of Findur. The India team will maintain and operate the current solutions. In this role, you will work independently on engineering and service tasks, with knowledge of specific systems and domains. You will be responsible for configuration and support processes, delivering quality solutions and services that save time, effort, or money. You should have expertise in systems and applications used within Tesco, understanding infrastructure and integrations, and stay updated on technological trends. Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day and bank holidays Private medical insurance 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 year of service) at full pay, plus 13 weeks statutory pay, and 4 weeks fully paid paternity leave Free 24/7 virtual GP service, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), and mental wellbeing support You will be responsible for: Leading key system projects, including upgrades and change programs Acting as SME for Treasury system and interfaces on projects and initiatives Proposing solutions for infrastructure and applications Providing configuration and functional knowledge for Treasury solutions within Treasury Management System Ensuring proper testing, data validation, and process simulation for projects Managing change requests, including development, testing, and deployment following Tesco processes Using tools like GitHub and Jira Understanding project methodologies such as Agile and Scrum Supporting various treasury teams with issues and system analysis Maintaining documentation on system architecture and troubleshooting activities Monitoring end-of-day processes and scheduled jobs You will need: Knowledge of Openlink Findur/Endur Treasury Management System, with experience in financial instruments and modules Experience in system upgrades, maintenance, and change projects Ability to analyze, debug, and resolve system issues Understanding of system architecture and database management Skills in customizing Openlink Findur using AVS, JVS, and MS SQL Server Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction Ability to analyze business requirements and prepare functional documents Experience with tools like Eclipse and MSSQL Server About us At Tesco, our vision is to become every customer's favorite way to shop, both online and in-store.
