Able to sit aptitude tests. On successful completion of the apprenticeship, the salary will be at the lowest spine point of Level 3, which is Spine Point 22, £30,805 full-time equivalent. In year one of the apprenticeship, pay will be 60% of this lowest spine point value, increasing to 70% in year two, and to 80% in year three. * NB - All apprentices will receive a salary at least equal to the applicable National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage rate for their age, where this exceeds the contractual provisions.
