Supportive culture: Family-run values with a focus on integrity, transparency, and people.Candidate ProfileWe’re Looking For Someone Who BringsProven expertise in Vertical Filling, Pouch Filling, Quad Filling, Flow Wrapping, and Cartoning/Selection Box Packaging. A track record of success in sales or marketing, ideally within contract packing, FMCG, or food packaging industries. Exceptional communication skills — able to engage clients confidently and professionally. The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team. A results-focused mindset with passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of the company’s services, competitive landscape, and target markets. Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and decision-makers. Collaborate with marketing to create impactful campaigns and sales materials. Analyse performance and present strategic insights to senior management to inform commercial decisions.
