Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Hinkley Point C. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineering control and supervising production resources, ensuring compliance with project and company systems for a defined area of the works.ResponsibilitiesThe role involves producing, monitoring and managing short-term lookahead programmes, maintaining sound commercial awareness, managing temporary works on-site, and reviewing permanent works design input to ensure constructability. Additionally, you will manage change processes through RFI/FCR/NCR and mentor junior staff.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in RC works, preferably as a sub-agent or section engineer looking to progress.
