Languages Required: German, Turkish, and EnglishEmployment Type: Full-TimeClient: Global Manufacturing LeaderCompany: Hudson RPOAbout the Role:Hudson RPO is seeking a multilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in support of a global manufacturing client In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and secure top talent.You will be supporting a high-performing recruitment team where fluency in German, Turkish, and English is essential to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders across regions.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to offer stagePartner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring needsProactively source and engage talent using various tools and platformsScreen and assess candidates to ensure strong matches for rolesCoordinate interviews, feedback, and offersMaintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment processRequirements:Fluency in German, Turkish, and English (written and spoken)Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within RPO or in-house environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in a multinational or remote team environmentAbility to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing prioritiesPrior experience recruiting in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plusWhat We Offer:Fully remote work flexibilityCompetitive salary packageOpportunity to work with a global, well-respected clientA supportive and collaborative international team environmentCareer development within a global RPO organization
