Job Description

Development of Volume and cash margin within the secondary care / specialist clinics with in the UK by achievement of budgeted sales and margin. New product introduction and developing core relationships within the sector ensuring Glenmark’s portfolio is represented on all relevant tenders. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and sustain relationships with key decision makers in secondary care settings; Hospital Clinicians, Consultants and other relevant Healthcare Professionals.Leverage relationships to build opportunities for off contract sales within customer baseDrive to secure as much “contracted” business as possible within all accounts.Network customers across secondary care to develop identify projects / initiativesDevelop and implement account-based territory business plansResponsible for the achievement of all sales and activity targets within a defined territory for specified productsEnsure contract compliance in accordance with regional Framework AgreementsInterpret sales and activity data to maximise effectiveness utilising data availableMaximise return on investments within the defined financial year and for a defined portfolio of productsMaintain a high level of knowledge on company & competitor products and changes in the NHSIdentify market shortages and opportunities for off contract salesLiaise with all relevant departments within the accounts to ensure the smooth running of the business.QualificationsABPI Preferred (must be prepared to gain qualification in first 2 years in role)
