Digital Growth & Optimisation Manager (6-month FTC)Location: Azzurri Head Office, London (hybrid working)Contract: Full Time | 6 months fixed termReports to: Head of Digital & CRMThe Azzurri Group is one of the UK’s largest and most successful hospitality investment platforms. The service is personal, the food delicious and the whole experience leaves you wanting more.We’re looking for a Digital Growth & Optimisation Manager to lead the performance and evolution of our digital channels. This brand-new role sits within our Group team and will shape how we drive traffic, convert bookings, and optimise user journeys across SEO, PPC, paid social, CRO and analytics. You’ll work closely with brand teams and agencies to turn insight into action and build digital strategies that deliver real impact.What You'll Be Doing:Performance marketing & SEO: Oversee paid media and SEO strategies across the brands.Analytics & reporting: Lead digital reporting using GA4, Looker Studio, and more — turning data into clear commercial insights.Conversion optimisation: Run A/B testing, CRO experiments and UX improvements that drive reservations and results.Content effectiveness: Use data to guide content creation and ensure it performs across formats and channels.Cross-functional collaboration: Be a trusted digital advisor to brand teams, CRM, Product and Tech.This is both a strategic and hands-on role, with around 60% project work and 40% reporting, trading and consulting the brands — ideal for someone in digital marketing within consumer-facing industries.What You’ll Get from Us6% pension contribution25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro-rata)Life assurance & income protectionWeCare – 24/7 GP, mental health & wellbeing support50% off dining, 25% for family & friendsOngoing learning & developmentFree coffee, breakfast twice a week & regular lunch treatsOur London office, designed by our own creative team, is a true reflection of our brands – warm, stylish, and full of energy.
