We are currently recruiting for a brand-new Early Careers Advisor position, working in the London office of a leading global law firm.Working as part of a collaborative team, the role will be offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.The Early Careers Advisor will be responsible for helping to manage the graduate recruitment efforts for London by thinking creatively, strategically, and commercially.Key duties will include but are not limited to:Overseeing the search 'selection process by managing applicationsConducting telephone and in-person interviewsRunning vacation schemes & the Solicitor Apprenticeship ProgrammeAttending early careers recruitment events to include law fairs and careers dinnersTaking ownership of the feedback processMonitoring the candidate management processBuilding strong working relationships with key stakeholders and universitiesDesigning cultivation and attraction strategies and marketing materialsIdentifying opportunities to promote the firmSuitable applicants will have gained prior graduate recruitment experience at advisor (or similar) level within a law firm, or professional services setting.We are seeking creative thinkers with a results-orientated approach and demonstrable interview and analytical skills.A highly competitive salary of £50-55,000 is on offer, plus overtime and 3:2 hybrid working arrangements are in place.Please do not delay in applying; applications are being welcomed now, for immediate review.
