We’re looking for a Territory Manager to represent our premium product range in the London residential market. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while building strong relationships with high-end clients, architects, designers and retailers.In this role you will nurture existing relationships, develop new business opportunities, effectively manage projects and provide exceptional product support and technical advice.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Sell and communicate effectively, developing positive relationships with high end residential customers, architects, designers and retailers operating in the 'top end' of the interiors market.Manage existing customer accounts and grow the area by identifying and developing new business opportunities.Be ‘hands-on’ assisting end users, architects and designers with onsite practical project advice and taking accurate site measurements.Introduce the Silent Gliss product range using professional and persuasive presentation.Motivate, train and develop new and existing customers.Manage area activity through responsible and effective planning making full use of the company CRM system (Salesforce).ABOUT YOU:A professional, enthusiastic ‘achiever‘, motivated by results.Well presented with excellent interpersonal skills.Practical and detail-oriented, with the ability to take precise site measurements (essential).Able to absorb, understand and confidently communicate technical product information.Demonstrate a passion for customer care.Organised with the ability to plan activity and balance priorities.Positive, ambitious, hardworking and self-motivated.Good numeracy and literacy and competency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Prior experience in a similar role and a strong interest in interior design would be beneficial.WHAT WE OFFERSalary: Competitive (dependant on experience)Laptop, iPad, mobile phone and company car (driving licence essential)Contributory pension scheme and life assurance.Employee Assistance Programme.A supportive and collaborative team environment.
