We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programmes that enhance the skills and performance of our sales apprentices Apprentify was set up to energise talent to unleash its potential in the digital world. We are growing as a company, and are looking at expanding our team of Sales trainers.Responsible for delivering and continuously improving training programs, executing training, and developing / enhancing materials as required. The role is essentially to develop and support apprentices to become the very best they can be. In the simplest terms we are there to help them at every step.Main Duties:Train cohorts of IT Technical Salesperson Level 3 and Sales Executive Level 4 apprentices (both new hires and existing staff) using virtual classroom software against the entirety of KSBs for the programmes identified.Actively support apprentices remotely and in the workplace ensuring apprentices follow the agreed programme and schedule.To ensure your own skill sets are kept up to date and relevant, attending training courses to further your personal development and knowledge, completing a minimum of 30 hours CPD per annum.To create an engaging and productive learning environment for all apprenticesTo focus on how delivering an excellent apprenticeship experience for apprentices and their employers, monitoring progress at the academy and in the workplace.Manage the apprentice journey, dealing with any disciplinary and classroom management issues, taking registers and reporting absence.Maintain appropriate tracking systems and procedures relating to quality, compliance, management and assessmentTo be committed to Health & Safety awareness inclusive of Safeguarding and PreventUnderstand and follow all relevant Apprentify Policies and ProcessesThere may be face to face training in this role Requirements:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in role / or working in area of apprenticeshipTo hold (or pass) an Enhanced CRB checkKnowledge of Safeguarding, Prevent and E&D.Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and work-based learningKnowledge of the current Ofsted Education Inspection FrameworkGood track record in being part of supporting apprentices to achieve merits/distinctions at EPA or Experience of mentoring/coaching in a professional environmentPastoral welfare of young people and colleaguesAbility to work in a flexible manner, adapt to different environments and solve problems independentlyOutstanding organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDesirable SkillsExperience of training and delivery in field Proven experience in a sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
