About the Role As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture. You will provide sound advice to managers and employees on employment policies, workplace issues, and best practices, ensuring fair and consistent approaches across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Advising on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence management across the UK. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practices. Supporting managers with coaching and development to enhance their employee relations capabilities. Leading investigations and providing recommendations on complex cases. Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies to support business objectives. Building strong relationships with stakeholders to promote a positive work environment. About You To succeed in this role, you will have: Proven experience in an Employee Relations role within a professional setting. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage sensitive and complex situations with professionalism and discretion.
