Title: Business Development Manager Hospitality & Student Living (FF&E) Location: Hybrid UK national travel (2 days Midlands HQ, 3 days field ) About Us Heartbeat Manufacturing is a fastgrowing UK designer & maker of sustainable furniture and fixtures for hotels, PBSA, and retail. Backed by inhouse R&D and a 150,000 sq ft factory, we deliver industryleading speed and ESG credentials. The Role Were looking for a highenergy dealmaker to spearhead growth in the hospitality 'student living sectors. Youll own a portfolio of named chains and main contractors, taking opportunities from first meeting through to contract award. What Youll Do Map and target c. 50 key accounts using HubSpot ABM tools. Build multilevel relationships (asset managers, project leads, QS). Lead discovery, develop ROI cases and coordinate estimators/designers. Secure pilot projects, then convert into multisite frameworks. Smash monthly KPIs: >10 meetings, >1 m qualified pipeline, >1 proposal/week. Report weekly to Sales Director & MD. About You 5 yrs selling contract furniture, fitout or FF&E packages (500k deals). Black book inside Unite Students, Accor, IHG, Bowmer Kirkland etc. Fluent in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and virtual demo tools. Commercially sharp: can build margin models and negotiate at Clevel. Passionate about sustainability & circular design. Package 40 k basic uncapped commission (100k) Car allowance, pension, 25 days leave. Flexible/hybrid working. Career path to Sector Head within 2 yrs.
