Background This is an outstanding and unique opportunity to work as an ANP in an extremely well-run, rural training practice in the Horsham district of West Sussex.The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.This practice has a stable, partnership team and is highly rated by the CQC.This surgery is very well-regarded and has a long-standing, multi-disciplined team of GPs and clinicians.The surgery is a GP Training practice and is committed to education and supporting specialist interests.They are in need of someone with Minor Illness and Minor Injury experience, as well as being in possession of the Independent Prescribing qualification.Salary 55,000- 61,000 per annum 6 weeks annual leave (excl.Bank Holidays) Full indemnity NHS Pension Location Pulborough, West Sussex The surgery GP Training Practice scored outstanding on CQC rating Progressive, forward-thinking practice that has made exceptional progress in the past few years with their partnership team Purpose-built practice with plenty of treatment rooms Excellent patient reviews and active PPG Very settled multi-disciplined team in place including Clinical Pharmacists, ANPs, Practice Nurses, Mental Health and more Incredibly dedicated admin support team Free parking Your role Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Clinical Practitioner 32-37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday Focusing on Minor Illness Minor Injury for on-the-day appointments Working with an affluent, older demographic of patients with some care homes Mixture of telephone and face to face appointments No extended hours requirement Flexible start and finish times MUST be an Independent Prescriber Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice is heavily preferred The benefits Base salary of 53'000- 55'000 per annum NHS pension Full indemnity covered 6 weeks' annual leave Bank holidays excluded 1 week study leave Low and very manageable clinical workload!
