What You'll Be Doing Delivering engaging, high-quality Maths lessons tailored to meet individual student needs. Supporting students with special educational needs and adapting lessons for differentiated learning. Using creativity to bring Maths to life both inside and outside the classroom. Supporting learners emotionally as well as academically, with a trauma-informed approach. Contributing to school development and the wider Progress Schools group. ? What We're Looking For A degree in a relevant subject (Maths or SEN). A teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or willingness to work towards one. At least a Grade 4/C in Maths or higher. Prior experience working in a school environment, ideally at the secondary level. Strong engagement and behaviour management skills. An understanding of alternative provision and working with students with additional needs. A clear commitment to safeguarding, equality, and promoting British values. ?? Desirable but Not Essential Specialist SEN Teaching Qualifications. Knowledge of trauma-informed teaching practices. Experience in delivering qualifications in alternative or vocational pathways. ??
