Finance Business PartnerCheck out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.Location: London, E14 9SHHours of work: 37.5Contract Type: PermanentAre you commercially minded with a passion for driving business performance through insight and analysis?We're looking for a finance professional to join our team as a Commercial Finance Business Partner, supporting a portfolio of high-profile client contracts within ISS UK.Job DescriptionThis is a high-impact role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to both ISS and our clients, delivering real-time analysis, performance insight, and financial guidance to influence strategic decision-making.As Finance Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in maximising value, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency, and mitigating risk.Your ability to challenge thinking and bring clarity to complex commercial situations will directly support the delivery of our business objectives.You'll be responsible for the full end-to-end financial management of key client accounts, including ownership of reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial governance.With exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape contract performance, this role offers excellent visibility and a clear path for progression.If you're looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment where your voice will be heard and your impact felt, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, promoting services and understanding evolving needsProvide financial insight and challenge to support decision-making and business improvementsEnsure compliance with contracts, including accurate reporting, reconciliations, and change controlIdentify financial risks and support planning to close gaps, with timely forecasting and reportingCollaborate with Procurement and Account teams to align supplier agreements and manage negotiationsDeliver clear financial analysis for month-end and year-end processes, supporting auditsSupport the Senior Finance Business Partner and account leaders, driving continuous process improvementProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsQualified or Part Qualified (CA, CIMA, ACCA) with commercial finance experience in service contractsStrong client-facing background with excellent communication and relationship-building skillsProactive, professional, and adaptable, with a positive attitude toward changeConfident working independently, with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectivelyHighly numerate, accurate, and results-focused with strong attention to detailAdvanced computer literacy, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and financial systemsStrong commercial awareness of the client and ISS's operating environmentThe CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
