ISS Facility Services is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead a team of Finance Business Partners, providing comprehensive financial and commercial management for a complex portfolio of contracts.Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, transforming financial and non-financial data into insights that influence decision-making to enhance financial performance.You will be responsible for reporting on contractual and financial matters to both ISS and the client team, managing end-to-end financial processes for client contracts.We seek a driven, motivated professional with extensive experience in stakeholder management, both internally and externally, and a natural curiosity and commercial mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentifying, assessing, and managing financial and commercial risksBuilding and maintaining professional relationships with senior client representatives, promoting ISS services and understanding client needsProviding financial support to commercial decision-making through strong relationships with senior managers and stakeholdersChallenging assumptions, influencing decisions, and recommending efficiencies to sustain growthDemonstrating thought leadership with alternative recommendationsEnsuring adherence to customer contract governance, including reporting, reconciliations, and change managementCollaborating with Key Account Directors/Portfolio Directors to develop challenging budgets and forecasts and identify remedial actionsDriving process improvements in working capital management through financial expertise and review of final outputsProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsExperience in people management, delivering excellent serviceCommercial finance experience within a services contract environmentExperience in business partnering with clients, maintaining confidentialityProfessional, proactive, innovative, and committedFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesStrong communication skills with clients, operations, suppliers, and teamsNumerate, accurate, and confident working independentlyAnalytical skills to interpret large data sets and identify KPIsAbility to prioritize workloads effectivelyHigh computer literacy, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and financial systemsThe CompanyISS is a global leader in workplace and facility management, connecting people and places to improve the world of work.
