The postholder will need to confidently evidence key skills such as excellent verbal and written communication skills, clinical skills and empowering patients to manage their individual health conditions. The usual duties of a salaried GP will be expected patient care through regular appointments, home visits and the general administration for patient care. The postholder will work in collaboration with their local practice team, engaging the use of the associated roles that are be attached to the practice.About UsWe are the largest GP super-partnerships in the UK, with a list size of 450,000 patients and with a multi-disciplinary workforce of 1500 staff.
