Real Estate Solicitor 1 PQE Top tier quality work Home/Office working Excellent benefit package TSR Legal are currently partnering with a Top Tier Leading law firm who are currently looking to add an additional Real Estate Solicitor to the expanding property department. Our client boasts an impressive portfolio of clients and has a fantastic reputation for negotiating and investigating on behalf of their clients minimising the risk and progressing the transaction forward. Our clients property department are renowned for its high level of advice and service having extensive experience with a broad range of property matters including landlord and tenant, lease renewals, lease negotiations, acquisitions and disposals of leaseholder properties, as well as property portfolio management. The team deal with a road range of clients from small to medium companies through to international enterprises. To be considered for this role, our client is requiring a candidate that has completed a seat in commercial property or is currently practicing as a commercial property solicitor, the ability to communicate in a non-technical way, professional, as well as the ability to work well within a large team.
