Responsibilities Month End Support Oversee the posting of month end postings ensuring correct categorisation and resolution of discrepancies. Ensure accurate posting of overtime, real-time deductions, insurance and property and resolve any discrepancies. Production of monthly reporting including commentary Governance Ensure accurate balance sheet management and regular rolling forward of financial files. Support the management of the duty deferment account. Manage and collaborate with sites to resolve any outstanding issues related to purchase orders. Budgeting and Forecasting Maintain and update all cost and budget models with relevant data, working with the Finance Business Partner Team to enhance models to provide better management information. Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of budget and forecast reporting within deadlines. Reporting Support with the preparation and reporting of national statistics as required by regulatory bodies. Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management or other departments. Support the maintenance and distribution of weekly financial reports. Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Advanced Excel skills Good Microsoft office skills Able to build strong relationships with non- financial managers Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA Experience of producing annotated monthly management accounts Full Clean driving license (travel to sites will be a requirement)
