Pilgrims Ethics & Compliance Department is seeking an Analyst for the Ethics & Compliance team. The new team member will primarily be responsible for analyzing compliance-related data, and assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Pilgrims compliance program and other substantive ad-hoc projects. This position is fully onsite at our Pilgrims Europe HQ in Uxbridge, LondonAre you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.What will I be doing?Monitor and analyze the fraud detection algorithms in connection with our continuous transaction monitoring software solution; investigate the identified anomalies or assign to the appropriate party for follow up; and document outcomes.Third-party risk management, including the third-party workflow module of our compliance software solution which involves monitoring risk scoring, managing questionnaires, and conducting additional screening and due diligence as needed. Assist with developing procedures around compliance software. Develop reporting as needed.Data analysis for quarterly and ad-hoc internal reporting purposes to identify trends and interpret and convey relevant information to business units.Assist and coordinate with other business and operational departments for developing metrics for measuring and tracking the effectiveness of the Compliance Program and ensuring appropriate documentation of compliance responsibilities.Support the implementation, execution, maintenance, and improvements of the overall Compliance Program.Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.What will I need to have?3+ years of data analytics, auditing, and/or corporate compliance experienceSolid knowledge and experience in data analytics must want to learn and grow with the role;MBA, CFE or similar degree preferred but not requiredWorking knowledge in anti-corruption laws in general a plusWorking knowledge of compliance concepts such as conflict of interests, third-party due diligence, fraud, antitrust, anti-corruption, as well as related internal controls, metrics, and monitoringWorking knowledge of SAPExcellent time management and prioritization skills and performs well under pressureStrong communication skillsOrganized, and have keen attention to detailAnalytical/critical thinking and creative problem-solving skill a mustSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyA team-player who thrives in a collaborative environmentCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
