In this role, youll provide direct-to-consumer (D2C) support, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and a focus on customer satisfaction.About the RoleYoull be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chathelping with product queries, order tracking, and issue resolution.
