OverviewExperienced Intensive Support Worker - Driver Location: Stechford, Birmingham (B33) Pay: £13.27 per hour Hours: Full-Time - Days & Waking Nights Must have full UK driver licence Please note: You must have the right to work full-time in the UK. What You'll Be DoingAs an Intensive Support Worker, you'll provide 1:1 tailored support and help people live life on their own terms-whether that means:Encouraging engagement through meaningful activities and structured routinesAssisting with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, or managing health appointmentsSupporting individuals to access the community and enjoy hobbies or social eventsDe-escalating challenging behaviours using your professional knowledge and compassionMaintaining up-to-date care plans, safeguarding reports, and risk assessmentsYou'll be at the heart of everything we do-empowering people with complex needs to achieve independence and a life they're proud of.• We're Looking for Someone Who Has:6+ months of hands-on experience working with individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challengeA calm, confident, and emotionally resilient approachPractical understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and person-centred careExcellent communication and teamwork skillsThe ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism, safety, and empathyFull UK drivers Licence What We Offer YouWe believe in supporting the people who support others.
