This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role requiring strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.Responsibilities of a SCM Co-ordinator Lead day-to-day communication with customers and build strong relationships Manage the weekly supply chain process, ensuring alignment with business plans and KPIs Analyse sales and demand data, updating internal systems and proposing intake forecasts Coordinate delivery order creation and maintain accurate order book management Liaise with finance on credit control and invoice queries Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and complete deliveriesKey competencies of a SCM Co-ordinator Highly motivated and proactive with a positive approach Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong organisational and analytical capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident in problem solving and negotiation Experience working in a supply chain or customer-facing operations environmentBenefits: Generous holiday entitlement, plus additional birthday leave and bank holidays.
