Salary:£31,283 - £37,181 per annum Location:Hybrid – Gun Wharf Office + Medway Hubs (3 days/week) Contract:Permanent About the Role:As an EHC Coordinator, you will manage the full lifecycle of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for young people aged 0-25. You’ll work collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals to ensure every plan is tailored, outcome-focused, and fully compliant with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities:Manage and review EHCPs in line with legal and policy frameworks Act as the main point of contact for families and professionals Work closely with education, health, and social care providers Ensure compliance with the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice (2015) Maintain accurate records and support continuous service improvement What We’re Looking For:✅ Previouslocal authority caseworkexperience isessential ✅ Strong knowledge of bothpre-14 and post-14education pathways ✅ Proven experience managing EHCPs and navigating statutory processes ✅ Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills Stablepermanent employment Hybrid working model with flexibility Supportive, experienced team environment Clear focus on improving outcomes for young people with SEND Interested in applying or referring a candidate?
