KPI Recruiting is seeking Food Production Operatives to join the Dairy Department at our client's site in Nantwich. Shifts available:5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday, with a 1-week advance rota. 6am - 4pm. Responsibilities:Carry out heavy lifting tasks (up to 25kg). Operate pallets and handle materials. Work on the plough and cleaning tasks once trained. Operate scales and machinery when trained. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Work independently and as part of a team. Perform ad hoc tasks, including outdoor work. Requirements:Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene. Strong reading, writing, and math skills. Experience in food production is desirable but not essential. Willingness to learn and develop. Good communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable working in hot environments (up to 40°C). Physical ability for lifting and manual handling. Inductions are held weekly. Apply now to secure this opportunity!
