This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to support the growth and development of a high-performing business.Working closely with the Head of L&D and wider HR team, youll take ownership of the coordination and smooth running of training programmes, learning initiatives, and development projects across the business. Youll be trusted to manage a busy schedule of learning activities, liaise with external providers, and support internal communications and reporting.What you'll be doing:Coordinating training sessions, workshops and events (virtual and in-person)Acting as the main point of contact for training logistics and schedulingManaging training records and maintaining the learning management system (LMS)Liaising with external training providers and internal stakeholdersSupporting with reporting, data analysis, and evaluation of learning outcomesAssisting with onboarding programmes and early careers initiativesWhat we're looking for:Previous experience in a learning & development, HR, or administrative coordination roleStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator, able to work with people at all levelsTech-savvy and comfortable using systems, with some exposure to LMS or HRIS toolsA genuine interest in learning, people development, and continuous improvementThis role is based in beautiful offices in the City, with 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home.
